In Raven you can add as many campaigns as you'd like without affecting usage, however any overages in Raven are calculated based on what is setup across all campaigns in your Raven account.
Use the campaign menu to add a new campaign or to switch between your campaigns. You can keep groups of campaigns together using profiles. After a campaign is added you can modify its settings from Campaign > Settings. Campaign > Settings is where you can move or delete a campaign as well as change things like time zone and country preferences per campaign. These settings can't be changed globally.
If you'd like you can also regulate specific users to specific campaigns or profiles in Preferences > User Manager. When you first go to a campaign you'll be taken to that campaign's dashboard, a place where you can setup modules to get a glimpse of what's going on.
You can't move campaigns or profiles to other Raven accounts. However, anywhere you see an Export Data icon in Raven you can export a CSV of data. For instance you can export a copy of keywords from Campaign > Keywords and links from SEO > Link Manager.
If you have an existing campaign you want to move to a different profile, you can move it (without losing any data) from Campaign > Settings. Here are the steps:
Select Add New Profile from the profile menu to create a new profile. You don't have to do this if you want to move a campaign to a profile that already exists. (Learn more about profiles.)
Navigate to the campaign you'd like to move using the campaign menu.
Go to Campaign > Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and select a new profile under the More section.
Click the Move Campaign button. That's it!
Delete a Campaign
Deleting a campaign in Raven deletes all associated data and there is not a way to restore the data if it's deleted. Be sure to export any data you'd like before deleting a campaign.
If you still want to delete a campaign and all its data, here are the steps:
Navigate to the campaign you'd like to delete using the campaign menu.
Go to Campaign > Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Campaign button.
Click the Yes button to confirm. This deletes the campaign and all content within it forever. There's not a way to restore data after deleting it.
In Campaign > Settings you can do the following:
Display Name: Set the display name that appears in Raven and in reporting. You can't change the campaign URL after it's added, but you can add a new campaign with a new URL.
AdWords Preferences: This affects AdWords data accross Raven such as in the Research section, Ads section, and in Campaign > Keywords.
Links: You can delete all of a campaign's link records from SEO > Link Manager from here.
You cannot edit the campaign address later, but you can change the display name in Campaign > Settings. Here are the different ways to add a campaign.
Export Campaign Data
You can't move campaigns or profiles to other Raven accounts. However, anywhere you have the Tool Options > Export Data option in Raven, you can export a CSV of some data. For instance you can export a copy of keywords from Campaign > Keywords and links from SEO > Link Manager.
Profiles are the best way to organize information within Raven. This enables you to easily find the campaign you're looking for quickly. You could set up a profile for each individual client you're working with, a profile per team member, any way you would like to organize your information. Learn more about profiles.
