How to Report on Custom Facebook Ads Data in WYSIWYG Reports

Beyond the metrics provided in the Facebook Ads tool itself, it is possible to report on more than 50 other metrics from Facebook Ads in WYSIWYG Reports. The vast majority of data from Facebook is available as a KPI, Line Graph, Bar Chart, or Pie Chart, accessible through this process.

Add Facebook Ads Data

1] On the left side menu, click WYSIWYG Reports.

2] In the WYSIWYG Reports page, click on the Title of the report you want to add the custom data to.

3] In the upper left, click the Add More Metrics button.

4] On the Choose Tool page, click the Facebook Ads icon.

5] Click Create Custom Widget.

6] Click Add Facebook Ads Account.

7] Log into your Facebook Ads account.

8] Select Custom from the Metric menu and then choose a Widget Type.

9] Choose your insight, background color and text color options from the dropdown menus.

10] Optionally enter a title and subtitle for the report in the available textboxes.

11] Choose a section to locate the widget from the Sections dropdown menu.

12] Click Submit to add the widget to your report.

What about demographics and location?

When reporting on data in graph and chart form, you can further slice your chosen Insights by age, gender, and country. Those options can be enabled in the Break Down menu.
