If you have an account with any of the five email marketing services that Raven supports, you can view data from your campaigns in Email Metrics, as well as report in it in Report Wizard.
Add Email Data from AWeber
- Navigate to Communication > Email Metrics and click the Add Email Accounts button.
- Once you click the Add Email Accounts button, a window will appear with a list of services that can be connected. Choose the AWeber option, which has been highlighted for you, to proceed.
- In the pop-up window from AWeber, enter your Login Name and Password for the account that you want to connect in Raven. Once you've entered this information, click the Allow Access button.
Add Email Data from Campaign Monitor
- Navigate to Communication > Email Metrics and click the Add Email Accounts button.
- Once you click the Add Email Accounts button, a window will appear with a list of services that can be connected. Choose the Campaign Monitor option, which has been highlighted for you, to proceed.
- In the window that appears, enter your Client API Key from Campaign Monitor and select a Client from the dropdown menu. Finally, click the Submit button.
Add Email Data from Constant Contact
- Navigate to Campaign > Email Metrics and click the Add Email Accounts button.
- Once you click the Add Email Accounts button, a window will appear with a list of services that can be connected. Choose the Constant Contact option, which has been highlighted for you, to proceed.
- In the pop-up window from Constant Contact, enter your Username and Password for the account that you want to add to Raven. Click the Log In button to continue
- On the next screen, click the Allow button to give Raven the ability to access your data and display it in your Raven account.
Add Email Data from Emma
- Navigate to Communication > Email Metrics and click the Add Email Accounts button.
- Once you click the Add Email Accounts button, a window will appear with a list of services that can be connected. Choose the Emma option, which has been highlighted for you, to proceed.
- In the window that appears, enter your Public API Key, Private API Key and Account ID from your Emma account settings. Click the Submit button to complete connection.
Add Email Data from MailChimp
- Navigate to Communication > Email Metrics and click the Add Email Accounts button.
- Once you click the Add Email Accounts button, a window will appear with a list of services that can be connected. Choose the MailChimp option, which has been highlighted for you, to proceed.
- In the pop-up window from MailChimp, enter your Username and Password for the account that you want to connect in Raven. Once you've entered this information, click the Log In button.
Raven will automatically add sections for each connected email marketing account and present your campaigns in list form.
Adding Additional Providers
Once you've connected one or more of your email marking accounts in Raven, the Configure Your Metrics page will no longer appear. Instead, you can add new accounts or modify existing ones in Email Monitor settings. Follow these instructions to add a new provider:
- Navigate to Communication > Email Metrics.
- Click the Manage Accounts button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click the New Account button in the top-right corner to add a new account.
- Follow the above steps for the email marketing provider that you intend to add to your Raven account.
You are also able to connect your existing accounts in this page. If you're having trouble getting data to appear for your account, try connecting your account by clicking the gear icon next to it and choosing Reconnect from the menu.
