The TIME10 error message means that you've made 10 or more failed attempts to update your billing information, so our system's fraud prevention detector is blocking further attempts. This limiter exists to prevent hackers from using Raven's billing system in concert with fraudulent behaviors, but it can catch average users from time to time.
The block will be lifted within 24 hours of the last failed billing details change.
