Before you begin: If Site Auditor is highlighting issues that aren't relevant to your website, or otherwise have little bearing on the work you're trying to do on your website, you can fix or hide those issues. This will prevent them from appearing in Raven itself, in the individual sections, as well as the summary and in reports.
Fixing an issue removes the item from the list and adjusts the overall score. If the item is not addressed, it will be re-identified during the next crawl. Hiding an issue also removes the item from the list, but the overall score is not adjusted. Hidden items remain hidden for future crawls.
Locate the Issues to Fix or Hide
1] On the left side menu, under SEO Research, click Site Auditor Studio.
2] The All Issues page appears.
3] Click on the category of issues you want to address, for example, Redirects. That page will appear.
Fix or Hide Issues
4] To fix all the issues on that page, click the Fix All Issues button in the upper right.
5] To fix individual issues on that page, one at a time, click the Fix check mark to the far right of the issue.
6] To hide all the issues on that page, click the Hide All Issues button in the upper right.
Locate Fixed or Hidden Issues
7] In the event you need to make changes to fixed or hidden issues, you can locate them in the Fixed and Hidden folders on the left side of the All Issues page.
| NOTE: If you only fix issues individually, a Fixed folder will not appear on the left side. To locate issues fixed individually, you'll have to navigate to them by clicking on the issues category itself. |
Unfix or Unhide All Issues
8] To unfix all issues, click the Fixed folder on the left side menu of the All Issues page.
9] On the Fixed page, click the category where you want to unfix issues.
10] In the upper right of the category page, click Undo All Fixed.
11] To unhide all issues, click the Hidden folder on the left side menu of the All Issues page.
12] On the Hidden page, click the category where you want to unhide issues.
13] In the upper right of the category page, click Show All Fixed.
Unfix Individual Issues
14] To unfix issues that were fixed individually, start by clicking the issues category that contains the issues you want to unfix.
15] Click the Fixed tab on that issues page.
16] On the right side of the Fixed issues page, deselect each of the issues (i.e., green check marks) you want to unfix. As you deselect them, the disappear from the Fixed issues page.
