RESOLVED: Help! I switched Campaigns and my fonts look weird!

On July 16, 2015, Raven released a major functionality upgrade that affects the way that data loads when switching between Campaigns and Profiles. If your data is cached, you may see an interruption or degradation in service until that cache is cleared and you reload the page.

What was the update?

Previously, whenever you changed Campaigns or Profiles in Raven, we would update the JavaScript variables determining which Campaign you were currently viewing and then force a refresh of the page to show the new Campaign's information to you. That worked, but we could do better.

Instead of refreshing the page, we'll now show you that new Campaign's data immediately. As a result, this process is a little bit faster and falls in line with HTML5 standards. The functionality itself hasn't changed here, so you'll still be able to switch Profiles and Campaigns using the drop-down menus at the top of your Raven account.

How do I fix it?

Any issues affecting navigation, fonts and loading data can be resolved by clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. You will only need to do this once; after clearing your browser cache, Raven will use the new method of loading this data going forward.
