Campaign bulk migration

I have Profiles set up for different specialists working on the Campaigns. When we hire a new specialist I need to move several (a dozen or two) Campaigns from the existing specialist to the new Profile for the new specialist.

However, when I do this individually it is slow going. Select old specialist Profile. Select Campaign to be moved. Move to new Profile. Go back to old specialist. Select Campaign. Move. Repeat.

Is there a way to do a bulk migration? That would be super neat.
