Upgrade Link Manager Import Tool

Importing links into Link Manager is a tremendously complicated, precise process that requires significant attention to detail and no fewer than 21 columns in the CSV header (two of which don't actually do anything). I'd like to suggest that this feature be reworked so that it's more like the CRM import function.

The benefit here would be that a customer could import any CSV without spending long amounts of time reformatting it to fit Raven's requirements. That would solve the problem of not being able to quickly import links from Backlink Explorer, Research Central or Site Finder into Link Manager en masse.
