Add DD/MM/YY date formatting

Although it is possible to change the date formatting for reports, international Raven users are still stuck with seeing the American date formatting of MM/DD/YY in the application itself. In order to offer a more international-friendly product, it would be nice to allow these customers to view data in the format that they're most comfortable with.
