Add Quarterly and Annually as section based scheduling options

n creating a report, you can use the scheduling under Tool Options to set a report to Quarterly. Unfortunately, all this does is send the report out every 3 months. The corresponding setting under the individual sections is not there. Using custom settings is silly. If I have to manually set the date range, what is the point of scheduling this thing?

This seems like a pretty basic reporting function (setting custom sampling sizes that is) and I'm surprised it isn't already incorporated.
