Add HTTPS recognition

Hi guys,

firstly, your statement in an article in Help Desk Should I use www when setting up a new campaign? What about subdomains?:

"If you plan to use Raven's GWT or Keyword Rankings tools, you must set up the same version in Raven that you set up in GWT. By same version we mean absolutely identical. This is the only time that non-www vs www — as well as http vs https — is super important in Raven. By super important we mean absolutely essential."

So it would be really nice if RT could recognize sites served via HTTPS. Now you don't and we get redirect errors reported in Site Auditor even though that is not true. Now if there are any links on the website that use http:// instead of https:// we can't detect them because all links are reported as redirects.
